Ethics Naples and its 1,500 City voter petition signers thank City Council for doing their duty, and especially those newly elected - Mayor Heitmann and Council members Blankenship, McCabe and Perry - for keeping their campaign promises to place this matter on the ballot. They were joined in the positive vote by Council members Christman, Hutchison and Price.

Because the amendment is nonpartisan, any registered City of Naples voter is eligible to vote on this matter. Given the current COVID pandemic, we are recommending that you contact the Collier Supervisor of Elections and request a "vote by mail" ballot. You can do that directly on their website here.
