More Progress on Ethics!

November 17, 2017

The ballot initiative to improve the ethics practices of the City of Naples continues to gain strength:

  • Signed petitions continue to be received and we are on our way to our first 500.

  • The petitions that we have submitted are being validated at a very high rate of 94%.

  • We continue to receive donations - now possible directly on our website!

  • We have received confirmations from almost all the appointing authorities including our County Commissioner, the Chief Judge, the State Attorney, the Public Defender, our Sheriff and the County Clerk.

  • More candidates and organizations for the Council election in February 2018 have endorsed the effort - see the updated page here.

  • We have updated our FAQs here.

If you haven't had a chance to review the issues, see the Ethics Naples website at www.ethicsnaples.org, and download, sign and mail in a petition here.

Thanks for your consideration!
